ALL THINGS SWEET

Whatever event you’re planning next, this rose quartz and monochrome dessert table inspiration from Rebecca at Glimmer & Threads is pure perfection! While the pink and white keep it soft and feminine, the monochrome touches add some punch making it equally lovely for a pretty bridal shower or a sweet girly birthday party, a stylish hen-do or a romantic wedding day spread!  I adore the balloon backdrop – such a simple yet effective idea (not to mention affordable!) while the addition of marble and metallic tableware keep the whole look bang on trend

From Rebecca –

We wanted to design a dessert table that was fun but still sophisticated. The vision was for it to be primarily white, designed in front of a wall of balloons to look dream like. Adding in a hint of black and pink is inspiring for couples who want to have a little fun with a sweets table but not make it to cutesy or over the top girly, making this table look still pretty but also chic. We combined a selection of some of our favourite sweets from all over London, but still kept with the white colour palette. We hope that this inspires couples for the big day, engagement party, anniversary and on to add a little bit of sweet fun to their party in a pretty way.

Louise

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
