Kate Spade 17 month Agenda Review

TIME TO GET ORGANISED!

I may have mentioned once or twice that our new Contributor’s Network is pretty ace.  Each member’s enthusiasm for bringing you exclusive (and super pretty content) makes me one very proud blogger.  As we all look forward to the new year, organisation is top of the list, so this afternoon Catharine from Catherine Noble Photography is taking over, with a review of her new Kate Spade Agenda

My job as a Wedding Photographer demands me to be very organised and this year I wanted a substantial planner to help me with this. I chose the Kate Spade 2015 Agenda and here’s my review for any of you who may have started looking for your new dairy/planner for next year!

With 3 beautiful designs to chose from, I have the gold polka dot design! Inside the cover is pale blush pink and a handy pocket for extra bits and pieces – great for saving my shopping lists notes etc! With a 2015 and 206 year to view spread, this is great for me as a wedding photography as we really need to plan ahead and we do book this far too!

Another useful feature is a celebrations record for the year – you can add important dates, birthdays, anniversaries and social events. There’s also a fairly substantial notes section before you get to the calender too. I like to write down my goals for both my work and personal life here and keep track of them!

The agenda has nicely laminated tabs for super easy navigation throughout the sections and months – I love this because I’ll be flicking through the calender so much over the year but I’d hate it to look tatty! Each month is greeted with a quirky quote followed by a double page spread to view your month at a glance. This also includes a notes column which is great for little reminders for the month. There’s then a double page spread as a week to view, with a neat and elegant design and plenty of writing space too.

The agenda is hard bound in both the covers and spine but inside reveals that it spiral bound in gold – of course! I love this – the pages fall and sit perfectly! If like me, you’ll be planning and scheduling things in your agenda far in advance, this is much easier and again, will retain a nice tidy look too!

I have the large size agenda which is perfect, it’s a little smaller than A4 so it fits nicely in my bag whilst having enough room for all my scribbles! The final detail is an elasticated black band which keeps the cover closed too, essential for your handbag to prevent it opening and before you know it – your glasses case and lipstick has damaged your pages!

Rather annoyingly (especially as I was about to order one myself!) this version of the 2015 agenda is now sold out , but we’ve been doing some digging and have found a few stockists with alternative Kate Spade designs, who all ship internationally! Happy shopping!

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
