WEDDINGS

it’s all in the details: jubilee memorabilia to last another 60 years

Hello lovelies! As this week we’re celebrating all that’s British, this morning I thought I’d share some of the prettiest Jubilee-related memorabilia out there!  I’m not really one for memorabilia (seriously, have you seen some of the stuff that’s out there for the Olympics already? Yuk!) but with a distinctly patriotic and royal theme, here are a few keepsakes that you’ll still love in another 60 years!

Add a regal touch to your home décor with these crown motif votives from Cox & Cox (LOVE!) and these adorable “his ‘n hers” Royal Highness cushions from Not on the High Street, I’m coveting these for my sofa!

I also love these rusty pot crowns from Not on the High Street, they add a perfect rustic touch.  They’re meant for the garden, but I think they’d look equally fab displayed on a mantel piece or side board (and would be perfect top table décor for a glamorous wedding! Elegant and classic, with a touch of fun, they won’t look out of place after the celebrations are over.

I know Keep Calm & Carry on is nothing new, but I still love this clever bit of graphic design! Iconic, timeless and patriotic, yet fresh and modern all at the same time, I quite love this Keep Calm & Carry on tea towel and teapot from John Lewis, available in black, red, aqua and blue. It wouldn’t be British without a good cuppa, these cute London themed tins filled with the nations favourite brews would look fab lined up on your kitchen worktop! (also John Lewis)

However you decide to commemorate the Jubilee, I hope you have a completely awesome one!

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
