RUSTIC BLOSSOM

Today’s styled shoot was the first post I put together when I returned from my holiday (10 days relaxing in the beautiful Ibiza). And boy was it a great one to get me back in the swing of things.

The details are utterly adorable, the colour scheme a perfect palette of pastel shades, and the blooms? You are going to be coveting every single petal in the floral styling. It’s a total beauty…and it’s one of those where the pictures really do the talking.

But to fill you in on the details we also have Eveline Brand, the stylist behind the shoot from Dutch planning company, Wedding Eve who Louise met earlier this year at the European Wedding Congress Workshop. It’s clear to see Eveline has a natural flair for styling!

Rustic, romance, blush, peach and blossom. Together these things form the perfect scenery for a gorgeous spring wedding in the beautiful blossom fields. The beautiful light and the rustic elements of the natural landscape give us nature at its best.

The early blossoms symbolize the start of a new phase in the lives of the young, oh so in love couple, their married life. The colour palette for this shoot was blush and peach. These colours blend in perfectly with the greens from the trees and all the other prettiness.

We love the romantic crockery and the Sweetheart dining table setting. The cutest sweets can be served on the small tables to make it even more romantic.

Our lovebirds were truly “in love”. The bride wore a beautiful gown from Diane Legrand (via La Nova Bruidsmode) that has a vintage feel and lots of pretty lace. The flower hairpiece combines beautifully with the whole bridal look and of course with the more than stunning bridal bouquet. The groom had a non-traditional, rustic look and his bow tie fitted in perfectly.
