Morning lovelies! I hope you’ve all enjoyed this week of wedding loveliness? It’s been a pretty great one here on b.loved!  From the understated beauty of our botanicals inspiration, to the sunshine yellow of Susan and Burger’s South African wedding, rustic romance in our pretty spring styled shoot and a fabulous industrial chic ‘Fearless Bridal’ shoot we’ve really had it all!  If you’re tying the knot this year (or even if you are already married!) don’t forget to enter our competition to win your very own shoot!  Go on, I know you want to put that dress on again…

Today, I am absolutely thrilled to introduce you to a very sweet and talented stationery designer and illustrator as we prepare to b.inspired by…. BerinMade

Erin is not only one of the sweetest people I have met on my wedding travels so far, she is also one pretty talented lady, so it’s really no wonder she has captured the hearts of the wedding world.  Based in London, but designing for couples all over the world, Erin creates beautiful hand painted stationery with a contemporary, and oh so pretty style.  Featuring beautiful calligraphy lettering, flourishes and the most gorgeous floral illustrations, each pieces is designed to coordinate as a suite or in a mix and match style, meaning you can get stylish and elegant custom stationery for your wedding at a fraction of the price of completely bespoke designs.  Erin also creates beautiful custom stamps, which can feature your names intertwining for use as a custom monogram on wedding envelopes or linen, as well as the cutest pair of ‘will you be my bridesmaid’ stamps available from her Etsy store.

This morning however, I’m sharing three beautiful styling ideas around three of Erin’s signature designs ~

The soft natural palette of ivory and sage green in this pretty suite set the tone for an understated elegant wedding.  A slinky silk dress with clean lies and contemporary flair, like this stunning style from Damsel in a Dress, pairs perfect with a white on white scheme.    The delicate orchid is the perfect motif to carry throughout your wedding details, featuring in the ultimate modern classic bouquet of white cattleya orchids and paper thin ranunculus blooms, all tied together with a soft green ribbon.  A single stem of orchids cascade down a simple ivory iced three tier cake to create the ultimate in minimalist luxury.  Additional details, bring out the soft natural tones, with linen napkins featuring romantic calligraphy name cards, and you can’t get more elegant than a delicious french macaron favour, packaged in a pretty little box!  What I love most about this look is it’s pure simplicity, it can be achieved on a very small budget, but it’s subtle luxury certainly means your guests would never know it!

Taking inspiration from the fuchsia pink highlights in this gorgeous girly invite, pairs beautifully with slightly brighter, bolder take on a classic country wedding style.  Pick a beautiful lush garden setting that will do most of the work for you, and introduce hot pink, fuschia and berry coloured floral centrepieces sparingly for added wow factor.   The addition of fresh green foliage add a romantic, rustic touch keep the look from being too formal.  Add vintage charm with a beautiful lace wedding dress (wouldn’t it be fab to find a venue with a gorgeous old rope swing for some perfecly sweet photo opportunities?!), informal rustic wooden tables and antique crockery and cutlery. The gorgeous flower-topped and pincushion effect cupcakes add a final whimsical twist!

Our final look is a vibrant, fun colour explosion in rich purple, fuschia and coral.  A pretty but flirty tea length dress is elegant enough for a serious wedding ceremony, but the cute bow adds a fun touch to take you through the reception and onto the dance floor!  Think bright flashes and clashing colours when picking your flowers, with a loose and rustic style these arrangements are relaxed enough for a really fun celebration!  A further pop of colour with these fabulous ribbon streamers hanging from your bouquet add a joyous element to your outfit (and I would also use this as an excuse to buy some fabulous bright skyscraper heels!).  The bold florals really provide enough decoration, so keep the rest of the decor neutral and natural to prevent an absolute colour overload, a steel grey would look fab!  Finally, how awesome is this confetti system? It’s  great space filler for those awkward corners, and you get more bang for your buck than an expensive floral arrangement.

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
