Boudoir, done right, is ethereal and oh so beautiful.  With delicate, romantic lingerie, a woodland setting and dreamy photography, this session from Plenty to Declare is a perfect example.  Inspired by the beauty of Mother Nature, with a botanical feel, and a real celebration of what it means to be a woman.

When I first came across Daisy Sheldon lingerie sets they literally stole my heart. Reaching into Mother Nature for inspiration Daisy manages to combine the beauty of pattern with the lines of feminine elegance. At that moment I knew that taking the lingerie back to its beginning was the best way to showcase the richness of the embroidery against the calmness of the wild.

The idea behind the shoot was to play with soft fabrics and patterns to create the mystic paradise world for female imagination. The antlers used in this shoot were meant to portray the strong warrior woman hiding her soft sensual side for the special chosen one.

Daisy’s sets are very playful and sexy. The patterns and ribbons create a very seductive scene for the admiring eye. She is very skilled with combining the softness of silk with the lightness of her patterns. The beauty of this sumptuous lingerie is that without revealing too much it allows women to feel very feminine and attractive. To add to the soft, romantic look we added hand-dyed ribbons, used as necklace and floral crown, handmade by Kate Cullen.

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
