BOOK REVIEW: NOURISH YOUR SOUL

In the New Year we often make resolutions, positive changes and an effort to look after ourselves. Why do we wait for the New Year?! It’s something we should always be doing! Looking after yourself also means a better you for your business too – and that’s something I’ve been interested in. I’ll be blogging about my finds and sharing any new found wisdom over the next few months too!

Today we bring you a beautiful little photography shoot we (Catherine & James from Catharine Noble photography) put together to review the newly released Nourish: Mind, Body & Soul book. Written by Sadie Frost, her sister Holly Davidson and also Amber Rose – each one focuses on a different aspect of your life – the mind ( meditation and yoga ), the body ( exercise ) and the soul (food and drink ).

The book is utterly beautiful! The photography within it is stunning ( a must for me ) the recipes delightful and the information is sincere and practical. It is the perfect book to delve into on a Sunday and inspire you for a week full of productivity and wellbeing. The Nourish website is worth a look at too and here’s a quote from the ladies about their concept:

“Nourish promises to restore you to the path of complete well-being. With Amber’s delicious food to nourish the body, Holly’s exercises to strengthen it and Sadie’s beauty recipes to soothe not only the skin and body but yoga and meditation routines to still the mind.”

Wishing you a year of health, happiness and love!

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
