TRAVEL INSPIRATION: LAKE GARDA, ITALY
Writing today’s post has made me realise that the last time I went on a proper holiday was nearly two years ago – my honeymoon, would you believe. Aside from the fact that I’m in awe of how quickly the time has gone, looking at these gorgeous images of Lake Garda in Italy has got me daydreaming about all sorts of travel possibilities this summer.
There’s lots about Lake Garda that reminds me of where we went on honeymoon, in Malta – the quaint little cobbled streets, the boats bobbing peacefully on the water and the brightly coloured flowers everywhere you turn. In fact, Claire Graham’s representation of Lake Garda is so dreamy that I can almost feel that lazy sun drenching my skin right now.
I know one thing’s for sure – Italy is definitely going to make my shortlist of places to visit this year!
