As a fine art photographer I always strive to craft beautiful works of art that record moments and emotion.   My job is often made easier when my clients put thought and time into their sessions, like this pretty christening that I recently photographed.

Booking a stylist is always a great idea and recommended, but if you want to do it yourself there are so many amazing inspirational websites not to mention magazines that you can be inspired by. A good place to start is deciding which theme, style, colours you want and also will it all be a good fit with the venue you have chosen.  I’m a firm believer that less is more and to keep things simple! Flowers are always at top of my list and always transform a dull and empty space into something pretty and interesting.

A pretty combination of daisies, hydrangea and baby roses were chosen to decorate the church, while mercury glass vases filled with more roses, gypsophelia and lisianthus were placed along the party table adding a hint of colour to the gorgeously light, white interior of the Cheyne Walk Brasserie where a celebration was held for family and friends after the baptism.

The guests drank champagne, ate oysters, and the kids were treated to fun dinasour snacks! What a pretty, and fun celebration!
