AMBERLEY ROSE

I’m so delighted to share the work of an old BLOVED friend today.  Liesl Cheney is a South African born photographer who was based in the UK before relocating to the sunnier climes of Perth, Australia not too long ago.  Since then, she has turned her focus towards family and newborn photography (as well as becoming a mama to her own gorgeous daughter) – with such beautiful results!

At just eight days old adorable Amberley Rose already has the power to capture our hearts!

Why did you book a newborn shoot?   Wanted to capture those precious early moments which go by so quickly.  The shoot took place at Liesl’s studio, she provided the cute blankets and props to make our Amberley look even more adorable!

What does being a mother mean to you?  Everything! I knew I always wanted children but never expected my life to change in such a rewarding way. Every day they take my breath away.

What are you most looking forward to as she grows up? Just watching every day how she learns something new or has a new look or smile or laugh or mannerism and hoping she will grow into a respected and respectful young lady – living life and achieving whatever she aims for!

Louise

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
