GET YOUR CHRISTMAS CARD CRAFT ON
One of the best things about having children is the excuse to do craft activities with them and although it can be messy (and time consuming!) children tend to love it!
There are tons of great ideas for homemade cards which are easy to make and will be sure to delight the grandparents so I’ve rounded up some of the best Christmas card crafts around. Don’t forget you can often pick up huge bags of pom poms, sticky shapes and glitter for just a few pounds on eBay and Amazon to decorate your cards too!
Potato printing totally reminds me of my childhood and is cheap and effective! Who could resist this little potato print snowman?
This hand print wreath is great if you have more than one child as it doesn’t matter if the hands are different sizes. This one is put onto canvas but you could just as easily do this on a Christmas card
How sweet are these finger print reindeers? One finger print for each family member – and don’t forget your pets too!
This foot print penguin is perfect for babies. And just super cute.
One for the slightly older ones is this paper plate Christmas tree and you can have fun collecting lots of the baubles. (Excuse for mummy to eat sweeties and save the wrappers if you ask me!)
And if all else fails then how about a photo Christmas card? Minted have some gorgeous designs like this one. Be sure to hunt around for a discount code as there are loads over Christmas.
