Stylish and Organic – The Joolz Essentials Baby Blanket

Oh how I do love a blanket. In fact its my go-to gift when one of my friends has a baby. You cant beat it as not only is it useful it can also be a lovely keepsake for the future. So I was thrilled to be sent the Joolz Essentials blanket to try. A couple of my friends have the super stylish Joolz Geo pram (the one with the leather handles – swoon!) and I have to admit I didn’t know they also did accessories.

It turns out they do accessories well! The essentials blanket is my new favourite. Its a lovely shade of just the right pink (not too bright, not too muted and comes in other colours too) and it is just super soft with a lovely honeycomb pattern. I have already had a ton of compliments on it.

Its also 100% organic cotton. Actually this is not something I have hugely considered before and I did a quick bit of research for this post and turns out there are loads of reasons why organic cotton is best for baby not least because it is made using natural fertilisers and absolutely no chemical fertilisers or pesticides. Its definitely something I’ll be thinking about for the future.

Anyway my darling second girl Penny loves her new blanket so thank you Joolz. This has already had loads of use, in the pram, in the cot and to snuggle with and I know i’ll have it for many years to come.
