#132: chevrons & succulents
Happy Monday readers! I am literally jumping up and down as I prepare this post! Today I get to share the inspiration behind a very special wedding. Earlier this year, as I was driving back from a weekend of wedding fair exhibiting, I received a text that made me squeal! My brother-in-law had finally proposed to his girlfriend of 8 years! Woohoo!! Today’s inspiration board is one I created for Danni, my very lovely sister-in-law-to-be, for her wedding next year at Coombe Lodge, in Somerset. I wanted to capture her classic, unfussy style and combine some of her favourite things – succulents and chevrons – which will feature throughout their day from the stationery, to the table linen, to the grooms bow tie (he may need to be persuaded on that ;)) The navy, grey and white palette is chic and crisp, the bridesmaids have already bought their mis-matched navy dresses! It’s all going to work beautifully in the contemporary interiors of Coombe Lodge. I’m extremely excited that Danni has asked me to help with the styling and set up of the day – we’re already working on some creative ideas and I know it’s going to be a totally gorgeous wedding. Perhaps we’ll share a little more inspiration along the way… what do you think?

I absolutely love this, but then I might be slightly bias ;-) Seriously… how lucky am I!
