Creative Grey + Yellow Table Decor Ideas

We’re explorng fringe installations and a bright colour palette of yellow and grey for this super modern decor by Katya Stavitskaya captured by Anne Freitag! We think this would look amazing in a industrial luxe setting or modern barn wedding! “This dinner party was for the re-launch of Berlin catering company, Taube Grau. It was really a joint effort to plan and a real joy to put together as all of us involved work a lot together and there were many familiar faces that showed up to the party. Wishbone Berlin came up with the design of this event and went off of the new Taube Grau colors – grey & yellow, she brought in her streamer installations and sourced some beautiful local handmade vases from Biscuit China.

The ceramic vases together with the flowers were the real eye catcher of the table, the vases with their soft pastel palette and a color explosion of yellow blooms and silvery greens on top. Dahlia’s were in season at the time and gave me the perfect hues of yellow to work with and to get that soft silvery effect, I opted for eucalyptus, sage and gently grey spray painted leaves.”

Three tips to creating this look:

  • I stuck to the brand colors, yellow and silver, and ended up having a lot of fun with it.
  • Bring a table with a white table cloth to life by adding in pops of colors.
  • Instead of spreading all the vases out across the table, we focused on grouping them together in the center to create a bold center.
