Exploring the Latest Wedding Trends Showcased at Millbridge Court

We’re exploring some of the latest wedding trends with Philippa Sian Photography who takes us on a tour of the latest showcase at Milbridge Court, a luxurious wedding barn in Surrey. We see various tablesettings and displays with different floral styles, colour palettes and chic details. Whether you’re looking for wedding inspirations which are purely romantic, or those that are contemporary and creative – you’ll find lots of lovely ideas from the suppliers in today’s feature! We begin with Paula Rooney Floral Design who created this beautiful blush pink tablescape filled with soft pink roses and vibrant hydrangea. We love the delicate blush table linens with grey napkins and white crockery and the mix of floral arrangements that create a creative centrepiece using wooden bark vessels – so rustic chic and perfect for a barn wedding!

Next we see the fabulous designs by the Topiary Tree, again contemporary but with an elegant feel and a pretty colour palette of grey white, lush green foliage and hints of peach – just so lovely for Spring weddings. We’re loving the use of circular modern wreath designs for weddings at the moment, and The Topiary Tree created a collection hung together using different whispy Ferns and this sits perfectly with the tablescape created too. A tall centrepiece with tendrils of Ivy and oodles of Roses, Ranunculus and Dhalia, creates a beautiful statement as do the arrangements decorating some of the lovely chairs.

Blush Floral Design showed ideas to bring elements of your decor into the Ceremony space, using a range of brass lanterns which encased blush pink pillar candles. Adding sweet little floral arrangements to decorate the chair at the end of each row really adds a lovely splash of your signature colours to the space too. We loved the use of Pampas Grass in these arrangements and we totally call it that Pampas is going to be a huge theme in weddings this year! The delightful Andi Freeman Cakes three tier wedding cake looks beautiful alongside these concepts with it’s illustrative floral design and hints of gold leaf. I do adore the heart shaped biscuits with floral petals though – as either delicious desserts on your wedding day or perhaps as favours!

We are always excited to see what Kalm Kitchen showcase as they are such creative geniuses and the amazing food deserves to be a feature! Their Pretzel Bar looks fantastically fun and something guests would really enjoy! Their mini desserts also looked beyond beautiful.

Finally, the wonderful Hannah Berry Flowers created an amazing table setting with beautiful wooden cross back chairs. These are quickly becoming my new favourite wedding chairs! With a statement tree centrepiece with flourishes of foliage, and a runner of all sorts of beautiful florals and decorative items – this tablescape is super interesting! I love the blush pink taper candles and brilliant Dhalia flowers that reach up from the Moss and bud vases along the length of the table. Look closely and you’ll see fruit, feathers and foxgloves galore! The ombre wedding cake and macarons by Milk Street Kitchen are beautiful desserts which were displayed creatively and complimented the themes of Millbridge Court so well.
