WEDDINGS

introducing the b.team! {part two}

Happy Friday afternoon lovelies!! In just a few hours I’ll be heading off to sunny Cape Town with Mr B.  Visiting family, attending a wedding and meeting up with some of my favourite Cape Town wedding friends for a spot of afternoon tea!  But I’m leaving you in very capable hands as the brand new b.team will be looking after you while I’m away and sharing their very first posts for b.loved!

What’s the b.team?! Well, you’d better hop on over to this morning’s post to find out more…!

The launch of the b.team was the perfect excuse for a shoot (well, I don’t really need  an excuse…) So with the team on board, I got them all involved to create a pretty, fun and friendly shoot that shows off their amazing talents, and how lovely we all are. Really!

I wanted to create a shoot that was obviously in the b.loved style, pretty, contemporary and the obligatory sparkle (provided not only by the glitter but also the teams’ glittering personalities!), but also allowed each member to express their own style and help you get to know them a little better!  The heart of the shoot was all about friendship, setting up a little b.team party in the gorgeous Nonsuch Mansion and using the stunning interior and gardens of the venue to create some super pretty shots.

Every team member contributed, with Ana beautifying the team and Sinclair and India dressing us in their gorgeous Maids to Measure dresses.  Liz provided the pretty floral arrangements in an array of pastel colours to represent the different members of the team, while Emily contributed the most beautiful cake and tempting treats for our delicious dessert table, styled on a Rowen & Wren table, and  using bowls and dishes provided by LucyCatharine and James (who sadly couldn’t be with us on the day) designed an entire suite of b.team stationery, styled as a wedding suite with invites and menu’s and even confetti circles!  Anneli (assisted by her wonderful husband Wayne) captured all the action, glamour and prettiness from behind the lens, whilst I coordinated and styled the shoot on the day!

We also had contributions from two other wedding lovelies, Jo from Love Hair who created all the gorgeous hairstyles on the girls, and Lisa from Ribbons and Tulle who made the most adorable paper roses which I used around the venue in abundance!

We had such a fun day at Nonsuch Mansion, I am absolutely thrilled to welcome this amazing team to my b.loved pages, and I hope you will welcome them with open hearts and enjoy what they have to share!

You can find out more about each member on their b.team bio page.  And whatever you’re browsing on b.loved, you can always find the b.team in the sidebar :)

Louise

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
