love shoot #13: what’s up buttercup {Ruth & Pete}

I have such a cute and colourful engagement shoot to share with you today!
Your engagement shoot is the first opportunity you will have as a couple to get to know your photographer, and relax in front of the camera. So it makes sense to do something that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. If you want to go for an all-out styled shoot because you just love posing for the the camera, or a DIY detailed shoot because your a creative chick at heart, then go for it!
Ruth & Pete love the outdoors, and walking through the picturesque countryside in Warickshire near their home. So their photographers Renira & Jane decided to keep it sweet and simple with a stroll around the local area. I adore the colours in this shoot, so happy and fresh! I adore the way they’ve incorporated all the things they love, nature, walking and each other!

Ruth & Pete were celebrated their marriage earlier this year, in a handmade garden party wedding at Ruth’s childhood home. The bride even made her own wedding dress! You can see the full wedding here and over on Love My Dress. Congratulations to you both!
Thank you to R&J photography for sharing their work! You can see more beautiful photography on their blog.
