love shoot: save the date {christine & ben}

I LOVE it when couples decide to do something fun with their engagement shoot! It doesn’t have to be epic, extravagant or over the top, just a little consideration about your outfits, the location and perhaps a few fun props.  That’s exactly what Christine & Ben decided to do when they headed to their favourite Italian restaurant, on a beautiful wine farm in Texas.  The surrounding scenery provided the perfect backdrop to their sweet and natural shoot, while Christine’s pretty teal dress adds just the right amount of elegance and style.  The Save the Date boards and frames are such a cute idea, having a prop is a great way to help you feel relaxed when being professionally photographed for the first time as it gives you something else to focus on.  It also means you can share your pictures with family and friends as engagement announcements or save the date cards with a personal touch!

Aren’t these two just so super cute?  Their photographer, Sean Hseuh of Texas-based Day 7 Photography says “Christine was camera shy at first, but as soon as Ben started to smile at her, she couldn’t stop smiling back. This session was full of laughter, pokes, and jokes!”

Congratulations Christine & Ben, I can’t wait to see your wedding!

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

You’ll also find me working as an Editorial Stylist, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as contributing as a founding member of bridal inspiration hub Aisle Society, and running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive from our super pretty base in London. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
