Monika & Michael’s snow white engagement shoot
Hello brides & grooms! One of the plus-sides of this long & cold winter, is the addition of crunchy white snow to this year’s engagement shoots. Whether you like it or not, you have to admit it does add an ethereal, magical quality! Like this morning’s beautiful shoot from Bart at Photofactory, the woodland setting and soft white snow, Monika’s china pale skin and bold red lips earned this shoot it’s ‘Snow White’ title.
A few words from photographer Bart about this gorgeous couple ~
Monika & Michael met three years ago at salsa dancing classes. They soon realized they had a lot more in common than just passion for dancing! Michael knew Monika was the one for him, and asked her to move in together. Last Christmas Michael decided to pop the question to her and Monika obviously said yes! After a long winter and their “cool”engagement shoot they were off to the Seychelles to relax, warm up and get some wedding ideas. The big day is going to take place next summer in Poland. The first dance is to be expected in salsa rhythms, of course!
“I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields, that it kisses them so gently? And then it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says “Go to sleep, darlings, till the summer comes again.” Lewis Carroll
