WEDDINGS

Content Creator, Visual Branding Expert and founder of one of the top UK wedding blogs

New Beginnings

On March 17th 2011 I hit publish on the very first blog post here on B.LOVED. Back then I was a newly-wed with a whole load of passion for bringing fresh, contemporary ideas and inspiration from around the world to style-conscious couples here in the UK.

Fast forward almost 10 years (or 2,731 posts) and things have changed hugely! The wedding industry has evolved and B.LOVED has grown into one of the top UK wedding blogs, reaching thousands of readers every month. We have partnered with some of the industry’s most well-loved brands, featured the work of some of the most inspiring suppliers from all over the world, and shared hundreds of your beautiful weddings.

We have been named one of the Top 100 Wedding Blogs in the world every year since we launched, won awards, joined a collective of the world’s most loved blogs at Aisle Society, and have grown our social following to over 2 million views per month. I am so, so proud of what we have achieved!

But my life has changed a lot too, as a multiple business owner coaching & mentoring creative business owners, producing and creating shoots for wedding & lifestyle brands and being a bonus-mum of two, my time, energy and passion has been pulled in many directions.

So, after much thought, consideration and searching for the perfect team, I’m absolutely thrilled to let you know that I’m handing over the (keyboard) keys here at B.LOVED to a new owner with fresh energy, enthusiasm, and pretty big ideas for the future! From our very first conversation I knew they’d be the perfect fit to continue and grow the brand I’ve created into something fresh, aspirational and new – exactly what my vision for the blog has always been.

I’m pretty excited about what they have planned, and I can’t wait for you to meet them!

MEET THE NEW TEAM

Hello from Jack and Adrian, the new team behind B.LOVED! We are lifelong friends and long-time players in the events, fashion and branding space with Adrian as the founder of Pomerium – a luxury goods, hospitality and events company.

We have a diverse team of bridal, fashion and events experts in London, Singapore and Australia and we look forward to building upon Louise’s amazing work with B.LOVED. We intend to develop a wider, more diverse audience while staying true to her original vision: helping to celebrate and promote beautiful weddings while featuring the professionals who bring it all together.

We plan to inject new energy to the site to give you an updated editorial approach and even more wedding inspiration from around the world. Always luxe, ever lovely: your B.LOVED.

A FINAL FAREWELL

As for me, you’ll still find me cheerleading and supporting the wedding industry, supporting my 1:1 clients and creating brand visuals for lifestyle brands. You can keep following me at @louisebeukescreative to find out what I’m up to.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for reading and supporting B.LOVED over the years and hope that you will continue to be inspired by B.LOVED whether you’re planning your big day, or are still visiting for new ideas, inspiration and pretty!

But for now, all that’s left is for me to wish the new team the best of luck! I can’t wait to see what the new B.LOVED will look like, and you can be sure I’ll still be following along and soaking up the inspiration here daily!

Louise

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

I'm also a co-founder at The Brand Studio, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive where I support and nurture wedding pros building industry leading businesses. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
