Organic Spring Bridal Inspirations with a Fine Art Feel

Happy Easter Monday Lovelies and we hope that you are enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend! We have something especially beautiful to share with you today – this stunning Spring editorial perfect for Easter time too! Oozing that romantic, fine art feel, Irena K Photography creates the most wonderful colours and feeling of light and dreamy scenes with her work. I adore her bridal portraits as she captures such a stylish picture of a bride with the most flattering skin tones and pops of colour from her lips o her bouquet of flowers! Today she shares this glorious Spring bridal shoot with lots of pretty details you’ll love from calligraphy stationery by Throwing Apples Design, to the sweetest flowers and table setting in a colour palette of soft blue, white and tiny hints of blush pink.

“This editorial was all about the organic elements infused by nature during the most magical time of year – spring. I wanted to create an atmosphere that had a more relaxed feel to it by adding some wilderness from the immediate surroundings, as well as using nature-inspired pieces such as vintage bridal gown by Katya Katya Shehurina, a beautiful rose gold twig ring by Caroline Brook Jewellery and breath-taking floral creations by Amanda Randell MDPF.”

Here are some words about the flowers from the master herself, “There is nothing more uplifting than embracing seasonal flowers. Spring, of all the seasons is particularly welcoming with the promise of warmer weather, longer days and burgeoning buds. A romantic season too with birds nesting, so the florist could not help herself setting about creating the nest with lichen covered budding Azalea branches filled with quails eggs. The bouquet is an abundance of Spirea, (Bridal Wreath), Lilac, blush Spray Roses, Anigozanthus and Eucalyptus, tied with frayed grey silk ribbon, in a natural wilder form. The table decoration is created in a vintage cut glass oval vase and filled with lichen Azalea twigs, Spirea, Fritallaria, Lilac, Roses and Spray Roses, Succulents and Mahonia berries in a wonderful mix of white, blush and reddy brown with corresponding grey foliages and fruits.”
