A Peachy French Fairytale Wedding

The Story: The concept was to create a wedding styled shoot using unique and romantic peach tones. This wedding inspiration is targeted at high-end couples showcasing a European castle, a big princess dress and fine art decor.

The Location: Château de Sénéguier. This rustic 17th century castle is located in Provence, surrounded by lush lavender fields. Between Aix en Provence and Marseille in Lançon de Provence in the Bouches du Rhône, this is a fairytale setting for a wedding. The chateau also provides accomodation for 22 adults.

The Vibe: Serious fairytale vibes from the princess dress with its epic tulle skirt to the historic castle setting. The combination of soft pastel tones, al fresco dining and the earthy mustard tones of the groom’s suits adds a distinctly relaxed summer feel to this celebration.

The Details: The main peachy tone was matched with other grades and shades of peach including in the decor and other styling elements. For the decor, seasonal flowers were used, with pops of yellow to tie in with the groom’s attire. The table and arch were used to create a fresh and luxurious look, adding some rustic balance to this French fairytale wedding.

Tips & Highlights:

  • Don’t be shy. Drench your decor with other pastel tones that match the main colour.
  • Give a little bit of space between each composition. In this shoot, the arch and the table were not close together allowing the decor to breathe a little.
  • Have fun! Wedding styling is all about making someone’s dream come true.
