Seaside Wedding in Sicily: Claudia & Alessio

The Love Story: Claudio & Alessio met in a Palermo club. Nine years later, they chose to tie the knot in grand Sicilian style surrounded by their loved ones and the smell of the salty sea.

The Location: Baia del Corallo, an al fresco summer club on the southern Italian island of Sicily immersed in the natural beauty of the Medditerannean. The seaside location was used as a natural frame for the breathtaking outdoor ceremony.

The Look: Delicate dusty pinks and white drapery were combined with pops of orange. This colour palette accentuated the natural blues and cyan of this show-stopping seaside location. White peonies and pink roses added a touch of romance.

The Vibe:  An extravagant black-tie seaside wedding celebrated in luxurious style. From the matching Bulgari wedding bands to the elaborate fireworks display, this wedding was all about going all out for the one you love.

Highlights:

  • The bride wanted to get married outdoors with the scent of the sea. Having an outdoor ceremony made the seaside setting an unmissable focal point of the event.
  • Consider an unconventional entrance. Claudia arrived by boat creating an unforgettable moment that she shared with her father, who was by her side.
  • Thinking about having fireworks at your wedding? Remember to talk to your photographer beforehand about when and how to best capture your explosive celebration on film.
