STYLISH CHELSEA ENGAGEMENT SHOOT

We do love a good engagement shoot here at B.LOVED HQ, and couples who embrace the opportunity to create something pretty and love-filled get our vote every time!  This stylish shoot by Kylee from Kytography captures Nina & Tristan in some of their favourite places around Chelsea, the neighbourhood they currently call home.  I adore Nina’s polka-dot white dress and floral crown, giving a hint of her wedding style and Tristan’s tartan suit a nod to his Scottish heritage.  Oh, and isn’t Chelsea Bridge just the prettiest bridge you ever saw? I mean, it’s pink!!

Tristan is originally from Edinburgh, Scotland and I’m from Michigan. We met a few years ago while pursuing our MBAs. We were acquaintances our first year of school and started dating our second year when Tristan already knew he was moving back to London to work after we graduated. At first, I thought nothing of his interest — he was going back to LONDON! And I was looking for jobs in New York. Fast forward three months of whirlwind romance and we had already decided I would move to London too!

We got engaged in October in Oxford, England, where Tristan went to University. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect weekend – he even flew my parents (who had never traveled outside North America) from Michigan all the way to England to surprise me!

We live in Chelsea, a charming neighborhood in southwest, central London. We wanted photos to remember our first, very special, year together in London so we found Kylee of Kytography (who’s work I absolutely fell in love with!). We were blessed with a gorgeous evening and Kylee took the most amazing shots of us in our favorite Chelsea spots.
