supplier spotlight: travel concepts

Morning lovelies! I hope you have all had a lovely week and are looking forward to a weekend of wedding lovliness?  I will be putting together the finishing touches for a beautiful shoot I’m styling next week (which may or may not include ‘tasting’ lots of yummy cocktails with the fab Gaby of CapClassique this evening!) and packing for our trip to Cape Town! We leave next Friday, eeek!

Which leads me nicely onto today’s post.  Wedding Concepts, and their sister company Travel Concepts, based in the sunny Western Cape have been featured on b.loved many times, and introducing them to you today is the perfect way to finish off our travel-themed week!

Specialists in coordinating destination weddings with amazing experiences for the bridal couple and their guests as well as once-in-a-lifetime honeymoons, Wedding Concepts and Travel Concepts should be top of your list when planning your African wedding experience.  Regular readers will be well aware of my love affair with Africa, and I love to share this with you as I truly believe it is the most breathtaking, diverse and beautiful place on earth.  If you haven’t been yet, I urge you to book that flight!

That’s exactly what this weeks b.loved real wedding couple Helena and Andrew did, picking Cape Town as the perfect romantic honeymoon destination, and setting for their beautiful, secret vineyard wedding.

Debbie Reabow explains how Travel Concepts helped this gorgous couple ~

We at Travel Concepts are really passionate about providing our clients with handcrafted and personalised travel services in and around Southern Africa so when we heard that Wedding Concepts couple Helena and Andrew needed our help in finalising their last minute travel details to the Cape, we jumped right in.

Helena and Andrew both love to travel.  Originally from New Zealand these world travellers were on a round-the-world-trip when they decided to add romance to the itinerary – an intimate wedding in the Cape winelands!

Not bothered with the frills and fuss of a larger wedding, the couple asked Wedding Concepts to handle the finer details of this intimate celebration, arranging a ceremony for two under a beautiful, majestic oak tree at Mont Rochelle Hotel in Franschhoek.  After this we organised for the couple to enjoy a special private dinner at Le Quartier Français, one of the best, Five Star restaurants in the world, where many a visitor has experienced an exquisite gastronomic experience of note!

The next day the happy couple were off on another adventure – this time we booked them on a helicopter tour around the Peninsula so they could view beautiful Cape Town city and the rest of the peninsula, from above.  A really lovely way to end off a romantic adventure for two of the nicest people we could have met.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway combined wit h eloping, an island honeymoon, an adventure to Africa or simply need inside information for a wide range of accommodation in and around the Cape and the rest of South Africa – Travel Concepts has the experience and the expertise to ensure your only worry is packing your bags to get here!

After a decade-long career in corporate interior design, I took a giant leap of faith, left the security of an office job, and founded B.LOVED in 2011 as a platform for romantic and beautiful wedding inspiration. Thanks to a whole lot of creativity, hard work and passion, my gamble paid off and B.LOVED became one of the leading wedding blogs in the UK.

I'm also a co-founder at The Brand Studio, where I design and curate beautiful photoshoots for wedding and lifestyle brands, as well as running wedding industry community the B.LOVED Hive where I support and nurture wedding pros building industry leading businesses. Yep, I definitely have the best job in the world.
